Ajnaa Jewels is a D2C heritage jewellery brand crafting beautiful, accessible pieces with in-house manufacturing. We blend timeless Indian design sensibility with contemporary styling, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a creative Jewellery Designer to help shape our collections and bring fresh ideas to life.
What you'll do
- Conceptualise and design new jewellery collections aligned with the Ajnaa aesthetic and seasonal trends
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for our in-house production
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to bring designs to life, ensuring quality and feasibility
- Develop tech packs with specifications (materials, dimensions, stone settings, finishes)
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform new designs and refine bestsellers
- Research market trends, competitor collections, and emerging styles
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on product storytelling and launches
What we're looking for
- 0.6-1.5 years of experience in jewellery design (D2C / retail / export house background a plus)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range, craftsmanship, and commercial sensibility
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and stone settings
- Degree/diploma in Jewellery Design (NIFT, GIA, or equivalent preferred)
- Eye for detail, trend awareness, and a feel for what sells
Nice to have
- Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, or similar) and rendering tools
- Experience designing non-precious base metal cubic zirconia jewellery and contemporary fashion pieces
- Familiarity with fast product cycles and high-SKU catalogues
