A growing player in the luxury retail and lifestyle sector operating premium fragrance and accessories boutiques across India. We deliver curated in-store experiences and high-touch customer service to a discerning clientele, integrating product expertise with aspirational merchandising.
We are hiring an on-site Retail Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our boutique team and elevate customer style journeys through expert product advice, fitted styling, and boutique excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store consultations and styling sessions to guide customers on jewellery selection, fit and layering for everyday and occasion wear.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across jewellery and lifestyle assortments.
- Maintain up-to-date product and gemstone knowledge; explain metal types, gemstone characteristics and care instructions to customers.
- Execute boutique visual merchandising and product displays to showcase collections, maintain presentation standards and drive footfall conversion.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns, exchanges and basic inventory actions while ensuring accurate stock records and handovers.
- Provide white-glove after-sales service including fittings, basic adjustments, and follow-up communications to build repeat business and customer loyalty.
