Jewellery Store In-Charge drives sales, manages inventory, and oversees daily floor operations. They lead the sales team, maintain brand standards, and ensure high-value transactions, while curating bespoke customer experiences and building long-term relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Relationship ManagementDrive showroom sales and achieve monthly and annual store targets.Oversee customer relationship management (CRM), including profiling, onboarding, and following up for repeat business.Handle high-value transactions, resolve client complaints, and personalize the buying experience.Inventory & Vault ManagementOversee the daily opening and closing of the safe and ensure accurate tracking of precious metals, gems, and watches.Conduct regular stock audits and manage stock rotation to prevent shrinkage and maintain optimal inventory levels.Staff Leadership & DevelopmentTrain and mentor the sales team on product knowledge (karatage, gemstone grading, and bespoke services) and selling techniques.Manage staff schedules, assign floor duties, and conduct periodic performance reviews.Store Operations & Visual MerchandisingEnsure the store layout and display windows comply with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.Maintain strict adherence to legal compliance, statutory norms, and company operating procedures (SOPs).Coordinate promotional events and maintain boutique upkeep.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 3–5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record in the luxury or jewellery sector.Knowledge: Deep understanding of jewellery certifications, metal purities, and gemstone properties.Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, customer-centric mindset, and proficiency in retail Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management software.
