Jewellery sales (Sheetal Zaveri)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role for Sheetal Zaveri Jewellery, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Associate will assist customers in the showroom, present jewellery collections, and provide product information to support informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, managing sales transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves tracking inventory, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with the store team to meet sales targets. The Sales Associate will uphold brand guidelines and deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience meeting or exceeding targets in a retail or luxury environment.
• Clear spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and aesthetic sense to present jewellery effectively and maintain store presentation standards.
• Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems, billing, and handling cash or digital transactions accurately.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, including weekends and peak festive seasons as required.
• Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail is preferred; a minimum of a high school diploma, with further education in business, retail, or related fields beneficial.
