Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the showroom sales team.
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure suitable jewellery recommendations.
• Explain product features, designs, quality, making charges, pricing, and offers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales and team performance.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Maintain good knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
• Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery in the showroom.
• Ensure safe handling of jewellery and follow all security and store procedures.
• Monitor billing, stock checking, and showroom activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom discipline.
• Coordinate with management and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
