Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Sales Executive role based at the SilverWorld store in New Delhi. The Jewellery Sales Executive will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized guidance in selecting silver jewelry pieces. Responsibilities include explaining product features, pricing, and care instructions, managing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate billing and records. The role also involves ensuring attractive product displays, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the team on inventory and new arrivals. The executive will uphold SilverWorld's standards of customer service, assist with handling customer queries or concerns, and contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in retail or jewelry sales and working with sales targets.
• Basic numeracy and POS handling skills for billing, cash management, and transaction processing.
• Product knowledge or interest in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods, with a willingness to learn about 925 silver and design trends.
• Clear verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
• Attention to detail in visual merchandising, display arrangement, and store presentation.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends and peak festive seasons, as part of a team.
• Prior experience in retail, jewelry, or customer-facing roles is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent required, higher education in commerce, business, or fashion is a plus.
