Jewellery Sales Executive

Maiora Diamonds is a Surat based brand for lab grown diamond jewellery since 2020 and is looking for a self motivated and experienced professional to join and lead our growing sales team for both offline and online customers.

We are looking for someone who is target oriented, passionate about the jewellery industry and interested in building a long term career while helping grow the business profitably.

Work Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team, guiding them to achieve individual and store targets

Handle walk-in customers and phone/online leads independently with strong communication and closing skills

Drive sales performance and profitability through effective customer engagement and team management

Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service

Monitor store operations and ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery displayed to customers

Train and motivate the team to improve sales performance and customer experience

Willing to work on Sundays & Public Holidays due to the nature of the business

Qualification:

Strong experience in lab-grown or diamond jewellery sales

Prior experience in leading or managing a sales team preferred

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Strong sales mindset, multitasking ability, and organizational skills
