Role Description The Jewellery Sales Executive Junior is a full-time, on-site role based at the SilverWorld store in Delhi, India. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, and presenting suitable silver and fashion jewelry pieces while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. The team member will assist in product handling, including basic polishing and display arrangement, and ensure that the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, processing sales and exchanges, and supporting inventory checks. The role also requires learning about jewelry design concepts, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with senior staff to meet sales targets and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage visitors, understand their needs, and provide helpful product guidance.
• Interest in jewelry design and fashion jewelry, with an eye for aesthetics and current style trends.
• Ability to perform basic polishing and handling of silver jewelry to maintain product presentation and quality.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and learn about product lines, sales techniques, and store procedures.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Prior retail or showroom experience in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle products is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic numeracy and comfort with handling billing, POS systems, and cash or digital transactions.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
