Jewellery Sales Executive

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close sales effectively.
• Product knowledge or interest in jewelry, beauty, and fashion, including materials, styles, and trends relevant to imitation jewelry and cosmetics.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain product benefits, handle questions, and provide courteous support.
• Basic retail operations skills, such as POS handling, cash management, inventory awareness, and adherence to store policies.
• Attention to detail and a focus on presentation and hygiene, ensuring displays, counters, and products are well-organized and appealing.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends and peak shopping hours, and to stand for extended periods as required in a retail environment.
• Prior retail or jewelry sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
