We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Production Manager to lead our jewellery manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewellery production and will be responsible for overseeing the production team, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing production processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire jewellery production process from design to finished product.
• Manage a team of artisans and craftsmen to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Implement and optimize production workflows to increase efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely availability.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align production with market trends and customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations within the production environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and resolve any production issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-11 years of experience in jewellery production management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of various jewellery manufacturing techniques including casting, soldering, and polishing.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
