Jewellery Product & Merchandising Executive

Zinara is a lab-grown diamond jewellery brand creating everyday diamond jewellery for modern, independent women. We focus on lightweight, wearable designs that fit seamlessly into daily life - from workdays to personal milestones.

Built on a capital-light, customer-first model with home trials and rapid product iteration, Zinara is rethinking how diamond jewellery is designed, priced, and experienced. The brand is founded by IIT Delhi alumni, combining strong product thinking with execution-led growth.

This is a hands on, execution led product role that blends merchandising with commercial design translation. You will work closely with the founders to convert customer insights, market signals, and product ideas into sellable, cost-efficient jewellery SKUs.

This role owns curation of jewellery drops and collections, focusing on speed, wearability, pricing, and scalability

• Launch jewellery collections every month
• Translate references & ideas into CAD-ready briefs
• Optimise gold weight, diamond count & settings to hit price points
• Coordinate with vendors & CAD teams for sampling & costing
• Track bestsellers vs slow movers and iterate fast
• Do market & trend sensing
  

• 2 - 4 years experience in jewellery merchandising / product roles
• Background in export houses or D2C jewellery brands preferred
• Strong understanding of jewellery costing & vendor coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion, or a related field is preferred
