We're hiring a Merchandiser at Valentine Silver International, Jaipur.
We manufacture and export 925 sterling silver jewellery to retail and TV shopping clients across Europe and USA.
What the role involves:
- Reviewing stone inventory and identifying what can be built into commercial collections
- Working with design to turn available material into SKUs
- Costing pieces properly — stone, silver weight, labour, setting, finishing
- Building matching sets and modular ranges so one base component produces multiple SKUs
- Presenting collection proposals with a view on who buys it and at what price
What we need:
- 2–4 years in jewellery merchandising, buying or assortment planning
- Real gemstone knowledge — sizes, cuts, calibration, what's substitutable and what isn't
- Ability to cost a piece before it's made
Salary: ₹30,000–40,000 per month, based on experience.
