As a Jewellery Merchandiser & Product Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration between the factory and merchandising teams, driving product development from concept to delivery while managing customer order queries efficiently. Your expertise will help streamline workflows and contribute to the timely execution of orders, directly impacting the brand's product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with the factory on product development, ensuring alignment with design and quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between the factory and the merchandising team to facilitate sampling and order processing.
- Manage and oversee smooth execution of product workflows from development through to delivery.
- Handle all customer order queries promptly and professionally to maintain high service standards.
Required Skills
- Strong product knowledge specific to the jewellery industry is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva to support product presentations and visual communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in jewellery merchandising, product coordination, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workflows efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
