Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive overall sales growth for Pearls Jewellery and Silver Articles at Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Private Limited (KJPGPL). The role focuses on field marketing, corporate and institutional promotions, customer outreach, and strategic collaborations to increase showroom footfall and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate & Institutional Outreach:
- Visit corporate offices, hotels, guest houses, institutes, and residential communities to promote pearl jewellery and silver articles.
- Identify and coordinate with key Points of Contact (POCs) to explore promotional tie-ups and referral opportunities.
2. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel front offices, corporate HR/admin teams, and institutional partners to drive customer referrals to KJPGPL showrooms.
- Coordinate closely with CRM and internal sales teams to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
3. On-Ground Promotions & Campaigns:
- Plan and execute on-ground promotional activities such as corporate activations, society events, exhibitions, and product showcases.
- Distribute branded promotional materials, discount vouchers, and campaign offers to targeted audiences.
4. Sales Growth & Lead Generation:
- Generate quality leads for pearl jewellery and silver articles through field visits and promotional activities.
- Support showroom teams by ensuring a steady flow of walk-ins from corporate and institutional sources.
5. Reporting & Market Feedback:
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on field visits, leads generated, conversions, and campaign outcomes.
- Share customer insights, competitor activity, and market feedback to help improve product positioning and marketing strategies.
6. Team Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, and showroom teams to align promotions with sales targets and festive campaigns.
- Support management with inputs for improving outreach effectiveness and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in field marketing, B2B promotions, corporate sales, or retail marketing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Result-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
