Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Field Sales role located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with jewellery retailers, showcasing collections, and providing tailored product recommendations to meet customer needs. The role involves actively identifying sales opportunities, educating retailers on jewellery designs and trends, and ensuring timely follow-ups to close deals. The individual will also assist clients with product inquiries and provide exemplary customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Jewellery Design and an understanding of Fashion Jewelry
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Experience in Polishing techniques and other jewellery-related processes is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• willing to be on the field for 18/20 days.
• Proven sales experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and travel locally for client engagements
• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry certification is an asset
