Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer / Merchandiser to manage the complete design process. The role involves developing trend-based jewellery designs, coordinating with CAD, production, sourcing, and quality teams, and handling B2B client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative jewellery designs based on client requirements and current market trends
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and coordinate with CAD, sourcing, casting, and production teams
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support new design development and collections
• Manage sampling, costing, order tracking, and delivery timelines efficiently
• Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, QC, and external supply partners
• Oversee end-to-end execution of client orders with high accuracy and quality standards
• Interact with B2B clients for design requirements, approvals, and order updates
• Prepare presentations, lookbooks, merchandising reports, and client communication documents
• Maintain design libraries, material references, and trend insights for future collections
• Coordinate with internal and inter-unit teams to ensure timely execution of orders

Experience: 2-7 years of experience in jewelry design

Education: Degree in B.Des or Jewelry Design from NIFT

Work Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra
