JOB TITLE : JEWELLERY CONSULTANT
LOCATION : Noida , Sector-50
REPORTS TO : Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager
JOB OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Jewellery Consultant to deliver a highly personalized, discreet, and memorable client experience within a premium retail environment. The successful candidate will represent the brand with elegance and professionalism, guiding discerning clients through the selection of fine jewellery, high-value diamonds, and bespoke creations while building long-term client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :
· Deliver exceptional luxury service – Create a warm, personalized, and memorable experience for every client, from greeting to post-purchase follow-up.
· Jewellery consultation & styling – Guide clients on fine jewellery, gemstones, precious metals, craftsmanship, and styling based on their preferences and occasions.
· Client relationship building – Develop long-term relationships with high-value clients through trust, discretion, and consistent communication.
· Sales & target achievement – Drive sales by understanding client needs, upselling appropriately, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
· Bespoke & custom order management – Assist clients with custom designs, special orders, resizing, and personalization, coordinating with internal teams.
· Product & brand knowledge – Maintain in-depth knowledge of collections, heritage, trends, and competitor offerings to confidently advise clients.
· After-sales service coordination – Manage repairs, cleaning, certifications, valuations, and ensure smooth after-sales follow-up.
· Visual merchandising standards – Maintain display presentation in line with luxury brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
· Brand ambassador role – Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· Bachelor's degree (preferred) – In Business, Marketing, Fashion, Luxury Management, or a related field
· Diploma / Certification in Jewellery Design or Gemology(advantage)– Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and craftsmanship
· GIA / IGI / HRD certification (advantage) – Professional training in diamond grading and gem identification
· Luxury retail or sales training(advantage)– Courses focused on customer service, sales techniques, and luxury brand standards
SKILLSETS REQUIRED :
· Exceptional communication skills – Confident, polished verbal and interpersonal communication with diverse clients
· Luxury customer service – Ability to deliver personalized, high-end service and memorable client experiences
· Sales & negotiation skills – Strong selling techniques, upselling, and closing high-value transactions
· Product & gem knowledge – Understanding of fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship
· Client relationship management – Building trust, loyalty, and long-term client relationships
· Attention to detail – Accuracy in product presentation, documentation, and handling high-value items
· Bespoke consultation skills – Ability to understand client needs and manage custom or special orders
· Professional grooming & etiquette – Maintaining luxury standards in appearance and behavior
· After-sales coordination – Handling repairs, follow-ups, and client concerns smoothly
· Discretion & confidentiality – Managing sensitive client information with professionalism and trust
