Role Summary:
The Jewellery Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by assisting clients with jewellery selection, styling, and purchase decisions while achieving sales targets and upholding Tyaani's luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage customers, understanding their preferences and occasions
• Assist customers with jewellery selection, styling, and product knowledge
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Support visual merchandising and ensure display standards are met
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally
• Stay updated on product knowledge, collections, and jewellery trends
• Follow store SOPs related to security, inventory, and operations
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in jewellery or luxury / premium retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and during festive periods
Preferred:
• Prior experience with fine jewellery, gold, diamond, or luxury brands
• Knowledge of basic jewellery terminology and billing processes
