• Communicate with the customer via calls / email and resolve all the post sale queries
• Addressing all customer queries
• Following up with the customers
• Timely responding to the customers
• Retaining the existing and new customers
• Coordinate with inter departmental personnel
• Working on ERP system, Magento, Ameo etc.
