Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations and drive sales targets
• Lead, train & motivate the sales team
• Handle high-value customers and escalations
• Manage inventory, POS & visual merchandising
• Ensure SOP and billing compliance

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in Jewellery Retail
• Fluent in Hindi & English
• Strong jewellery product knowledge & sales skills
• Excellent leadership and customer-handling skills
