We're hiring: Head of Programmatic Ad Operations
We need someone who lives inside the programmatic machine.
This person will own the technical performance of our programmatic operations across RON, direct SSP integrations, DSP relationships, and key industry partners such as Magnite, The Trade Desk, and other leading platforms.
Your job will be simple to explain and hard to execute:
Make sure every partner, every setup, every platform, every seat, every placement, every line, every tag, and every source of inventory is working at its highest possible level.
You'll lead a 3-person Ad Ops team and work directly with Account Managers to make sure partners are technically clean, properly optimized, compliant, and fully monetized.
We need someone strong in:
Programmatic ad operations
RON optimization
SSP / DSP integrations
Ad server management
VAST / oRTB / Prebid troubleshooting
Sellers.json, ads.txt / app-ads.txt, schain, compliance
Inventory quality and demand optimization
Technical issue detection and resolution
Team leadership and operational discipline
Experience with platforms such as Project Limelight, Xe Works, Adtelligent, and similar ad servers is mandatory.
This is not a role for someone who just has ad ops experience.
This is for someone who genuinely enjoys finding the problem, fixing the machine, improving performance, and making the business stronger every day.
