Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Jeet Officers located in Srinagar. The role involves achieving business targets, managing customer relationships, and providing customers with tailored life insurance solutions. The Jeet Officer will collaborate with bank branches to generate leads, convert opportunities, and deliver seamless policy services. Responsibilities also include regular follow-ups with clients and maintaining accurate records for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with an ability to meet and exceed targets
- Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products and services is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or relevant qualification is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in an on-site environment and build effective partnerships with bank teams
- Prior experience in the insurance or banking sector is preferred but not mandatory
