Location - Bangalore

Job Description -

• Take live online interactive lectures for JEE Level.
• Create content required for lectures, study material and test series.
• Manage students and doubts during classes, from pan India.
• Create study materials, homework, and worksheets of highest quality.
• Conduct doubt classes and take ownership for student's progress and improvement.
• Follow the curriculum and complete syllabus for multiple batches on time.
• Participate and contribute in the activities and programs decided by management/HO.

Selection Process:

Screening of Profile/Resume

1. Demo Lecture on selected topic (Live/Recorded)
2. Written Test
3. Online Panel Interview
4. HR Interview

Desired Profile -

• Need to be excellent orators with exceptional explanation skills to simplify concepts.
• B. Tech from IITs/ NITs/Other Premium Colleges. MTech/M.Sc. from IIT/NIT may also apply.
• PhD candidates may apply.
• Experience in teaching for highly competitive JEE/NEET Level.
• Tech savvy, ability to face camera, adaptive towards challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory.
• English speaking skills are desired.
• Expert to working knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Experience -

• Minimum 4 years of experience in JEE Level is required.
• Online teaching experience preferred.
