Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom/online sessions for students of Classes 6th10th (PNCF segment), JEE and NEET division.
- Develop and review study material, practice sheets, and assessments for respective subjects.
- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Mentor students to build strong academic foundations and competitive exam readiness.
- Collaborate with academic and content teams to ensure quality teaching and learning outcomes.
- Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and training sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D.) from a reputed institute.
- Prior teaching experience in PNCF/Foundation/JEE/NEET segments preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating student.
