JDE Service Professional

• Implement and support JDE Service Management solutions and functionalities.

• Work on upgrade projects and perform testing of JDE objects and modules.

• Manage service modules including install base, service contracts, service orders, and billing.

• Handle preventive maintenance work order lifecycle activities.

• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) based on business requirements.

• Build and support interfaces between JDE and external systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions.

• Ensure smooth execution of billing, pricing, and contract management activities.

• Troubleshoot system issues and support continuous process improvements.
