BlockExcel is looking for an experienced JDE Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to join our growing consulting team. If you enjoy solving complex ERP challenges and working in fast-paced global environments, this role is for you.

Role Overview

As a JDE OTC Consultant, you will manage and optimize Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, order processing, and customer service operations. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, implement, and support efficient ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Analyze business requirements and design ERP solutions
• Configure Oracle JDE for global operations and distribution
• Provide production support and work on enhancement projects
• Prepare techno-functional documentation
• Coordinate with development and IT teams for testing and delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements
• Work on system interfaces, testing, and issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience

• 68 years of industry experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle JDE 9.0 (newer versions preferred)
• Strong understanding of global operations & distribution processes
• Experience in interface design, testing, and ERP integrations
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware & EDI
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overlapping deadlines
