What You Can Expect
The JD Edwards Sourcing lead will work with business, executive leadership, and technology teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business. Responsible for the functional blue printing, identifying gaps in the standard functionality and suggesting alternative options to the client and the team, to arrive at the best decision. This role provides leadership for the end-to-end solution, which includes planning, design, technical collaboration, and testing, as well as strong analysis and troubleshooting skills when problems arise. Also provides hands on guidance and direction on functional development work, including interfaces to other client systems, set priorities, and provide communication and interface to the user community and other IT teams. Primary support owner for JDE Edwards MDM, Purchasing, Distribution, Inventory, Quality and Sales management.

How You'll Create Impact
- Provides leadership for Sourcing Projects and support initiatives
- Support business in their day today activities, understand the pain points and provide solution for the same
- Support third party systems / interfaces that have connections to the JD Edwards, during projects, upgrades and enhancements to the third party system solution.
- Identify, recommend and implement the best solution for the business requirements
- Responsible for functional blueprinting, identifying gaps in the process/functionality and suggesting solutions to the client.
- Evaluation/recommendation and implementation/support of new technologies. Fulfills Sourcing JD Edwards lead role
- Conduct project estimate sessions with project stakeholders to drive project estimates and challenges estimates where appropriate to ensure accurate effort estimates by functional areas.
- Manage deliverables from all functional / technical teams ensuring they meet the defined timeline and quality based on project guidelines
- Establish and actively manage all project and key stakeholder expectations and relationships
- Organize and lead the project team through the entire project life cycle for the relevant System (JDE) tasks.
- Conducting business/ IT meetings to identify the potential areas in the business where you can implement or reengineer the solution to get optimum business benefits.
- Create and manage the artifacts required for the new solutions and business initiatives.
- Supporting the solution deployed / used by the business
- Report status to the Project Sponsor, and escalate changes, issues, risks for resolution as needed.

Your Background
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or Computer Science, and 10+ years of professional JD Edwards OneWorld experience
Master's degree in supply chain, Business, or Computer Science, and 8+ years of professional JD Edwards OneWorld experience
Experience working as JDE Sourcing lead or related position
Must have at least one JD Edwards OneWorld full cycle implementation project experience
JD Edwards OneWorld 9.2 experience is a must
Pro-active, can-do attitude to achieve results
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize using strong organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must be an excellent team player
