Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Finance

The role is responsible for managing high-volume payout operations, Accounts Payable activities, bank reconciliations, consultant payouts, payment validations, and exception management. The incumbent will work closely with Accounts Receivable, Operations, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining financial controls and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Payout Management

• Manage end-to-end employee and consultant payout processing.
• Process salary payouts, reimbursements, F&F settlements, gratuity, leave encashments, salary advances, and other employee-related payments.
• Handle high-volume payment transactions and payout batches.
• Validate payment files and ensure timely completion of payout cycles.

Payment Processing & Reconciliation

• Process payments through ERP systems and banking platforms.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and transaction validation.
• Monitor fund availability, payment status, and resolve rejected or failed transactions.
• Manage manual payments, UTR tracking, and payment confirmations.

Financial Controls & Stakeholder Management

• Handle credit notes, payment adjustments, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Payroll, Operations, and Finance teams for payment approvals and issue resolution.
• Support month-end closing, audits, MIS reporting, and financial record maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 510 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Payroll Finance, or Shared Services.
• Strong experience in Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, and high-volume payout processing.
• Exposure to Accounts Receivable processes, Credit Notes, and General Ledger (GL) review.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in staffing, payroll, outsourcing, or large employee-base organizations will be preferred
