JBOSS JD JBoss EAP 7 & 8 Administrator:
- We currently have multiple openings for JBoss EAP version 8 administrators.
Core Administration Responsibilities:
- Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade JBoss EAP 8.0 on Linux/Windows platforms, including patching.
- Domain/Standalone Management: Configure and manage standalone and managed domain environments, encompassing server groups, domain controllers, and host controllers.
- Deployment: Deploy and manage applications (WARs, EARs) across various environments.
Operational Management and Support Functions
- Monitoring & Performance: Monitor server health, JVM usage, and logs to ensure high availability (HA) and optimal performance.
- Security: Implement robust security measures, including SSL/TLS setup, certificate management, LDAP authentication configuration, and utilization of Elytron security frameworks.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to application deployment, server startup, connectivity, and performance.
Automation and Scripting Expertise
- Scripting: Automate administrative tasks using CLI (Command Line Interface), Bash, Python, or automation tools such as Ansible.
