Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise (Must-Haves):
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in React.js and its ecosystem.
- Core Languages: Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- State Management: Deep experience with Redux, Redux Thunks/Sagas, or MobX for managing complex global application state.
- Styling: Proficiency in modern styling techniques (Styled Components, Sass, or CSS-in-JS).
- APIs & Data: Strong understanding of REST, WebSockets, and data serialization techniques for high-volume data streams.
Domain Expertise (Fintech & Trading):
- Financial Experience: Proven experience building user interfaces for financial applications, trading platforms, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Trading Concepts: Familiarity with core trading concepts: Order lifecycle, bid/ask spreads, market data structure, and portfolio performance metrics.
- Regulation: Basic understanding of Fintech compliance and data residency issues.
Education and Soft Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed systems.
