About The Role

We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer to join our dynamic development team at Birlasoft. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using React JS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of React component architecture, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate design mock-ups into functional, responsive, and accessible web interfaces. Your expertise in JavaScript ES6+ features and CSS responsive design will be crucial in delivering seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in React JS development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including async/await, promises, modules, destructuring, and DOM manipulation.
Hands-on experience with React component architecture, hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and lifecycle methods.
Proficiency in CSS responsive design techniques, including Flexbox, Grid, CSS variables, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience translating UX/UI mock-ups into functional components, with an emphasis on accessibility standards (WCAG).
Good understanding of user interaction patterns and best practices for web usability.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React JS, ensuring code quality and best practices.
Translate design mock-ups and wireframes into responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
Implement and optimize React components, hooks, and state management solutions to enhance application performance.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust application functionality.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other data sources.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
Contribute to documentation and technical specifications to facilitate team collaboration and project continuity.
Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions to maintain seamless user experiences.
