Java with Struts

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, JSP, Servlets, and Struts (1.x/2.x).
• Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning of existing applications built on Struts.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Integrate with databases using JDBC, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and backend teams to ensure successful delivery of features.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and assist with system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Java EE development with a focus on Struts framework.
• Strong knowledge of JSP, Servlets, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with Apache Struts 1.x/2.x, Spring, Hibernate, and JDBC.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with MVC architecture, form validations, and interceptors.
