Java Web Developer

Role: Java, SB, MS, Kafka/ MQ, Kubernetes, SQL, PostgreSQL, CICD, Graphana/ Dynatrace/ Splunk

Strong development and configuration expertise using:

o Java, J2EE, Spring Boot

o IBM MQ, Kafka

o Shell Scripting

o Oracle SQL & PL/SQL

o Oracle / Postgress

o Caching Solutions

o Microservices and messaging technologies

o Observability tools Grafana, Dynatrace, SPLUNK, etc

• Proven experience delivering and supporting technology solutions in large, complex, enterprise environments

• End-to-end knowledge of the SDLC, including production support and operational resilience

• Experience with Kubernetes / GKP

• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), application resiliency, and security best practices

• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability of Java, Spring Boot, Micro services, AWS, Kafka applications, EKS/EC2, Glue Jobs, (added advantage for Lucene/Elastic Search skillset)

• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods

• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle

• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security

• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)

• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems

• Practical cloud native experience
