- Evaluate and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and trends to ensure training content is relevant.
- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to improve training methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Java development and/or training.
- Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, including OOP principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
