About the Role
Role: Java Trainer Experience: 5 – 15 Years Location: Vijayawada
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on Java (Java 17) and related technologies
- Design and develop training materials, assignments, and assessments
- Train freshers and lateral hires on full-stack technologies
- Provide hands-on training on real-time project scenarios
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Java 17
- Hands-on experience with:
- Spring Framework
- AngularJS / React.js
- Oracle Database
- Good understanding of full-stack development concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in training/mentoring is highly preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate training or academic training environments
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Exposure to modern development practices and tools
