Should design and deliver the training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Should develop the training plans and content with SMEs, and maintain comprehensive training records.
Should be comfortable with handling technical training sessions in Java, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Front end technologies like React ,Type Script etc., Git, Maven, Agile Methodology and Microservices.
Knowledge of other programming languages and technology areas would be an added advantage.
