Hiring: Technical Team Lead – Java, Spring Boot & Telecom (7–10 Years)

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Team Lead to join a growing technology team working on high-performance, scalable, and mission-critical telecom applications for Telecom Software Products based company.

Position: Technical Team Lead – Java Spring Boot & Telecom

Experience: 7–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers and developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-availability and low-latency applications critical to telecom network operations and service delivery.
• Take ownership of technical architecture, application design, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain robust Java and Spring Boot-based microservices.
• Design scalable and efficient microservices architecture.
• Implement and manage Redis for caching and data storage requirements.
• Develop and maintain Apache Kafka-based event-driven applications and real-time streaming pipelines.
• Optimize applications and microservices for performance, speed, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and technical bugs.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Drive project planning, task allocation, and timely delivery of technical deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, design patterns, communication protocols, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming.
• Experience with Redis as a caching layer and data store.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud-Native application development and architecture.
• Experience in designing high-availability, low-latency, scalable, and robust systems.
• Strong database knowledge with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience in software architecture and system design.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

Telecom Domain Requirement / Preference

Candidates with strong experience or understanding of the following will be highly preferred:

Education
