Job Description

  • Experience - 10-15
  • Mandate is that Must have the 1 or 2 project execution experience in Java with Banking domain.
  • Prior experience in managing Java projects is must.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills.
  • Minimum of 10 years of career experience out of which minimum 3 years should as developer & years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile approach
  • Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints.Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Experience with JIRA and JIRA Agile.Technical & Project Management certifications are desired.
  • Prior PM experience in Java projects including 3-4 years of experience in development .Must have 1 or 2 project execution experience in Java
  • 2-3 Project experience with Banking domain using Java
  • Good Knowledge of Agile approach,JIRA,scrum
  • Time management, project planning, people and team building skills.
