About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Java Developer (Lead Level) with deep expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software applications while collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, oversee unit testing, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously optimize applications for better speed, performance, and scalability.
- Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and support of production systems.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot.
- Proven ability in Microservices architecture design and development.
- Proficiency in RESTful API and web service development.
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools like Jira.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in Java development with leadership responsibilities.
