Job Summary:

We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to act as a Technical Interview Panel Expert, responsible for evaluating candidates on Java development, architecture design, and microservices engineering.

The expert will participate in technical assessments, panel discussions, and final round evaluations for Java and full-stack engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and code reviews for Java developers and team leads.
• Assess understanding of Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Evaluate design patterns, scalability principles, and performance optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to refine hiring rubrics for Java engineering roles.
• Guide recruitment teams on technical fitment and skill benchmarking.
• Contribute to Java competency frameworks and internal knowledge sessions.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Microservices, and REST API.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Database Systems (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading software teams and conducting technical interviews.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
