Java Technical Lead

Job Description

What you'll do:

• Design & build scalable Java-based applications and APIs
• Lead development of microservices for high-traffic platforms
• React or front-end exposure
• Drive cloud-native solutions (Azure)
• Experience with GenAI / developer productivity tools
• Integrate with multiple enterprise systems and third-party services
• Own performance, scalability, and reliability of systems
• Mentor engineers and drive DevSecOps & CI/CD practices

Must-have skills:

• Java (11+), Spring Boot, Microservices
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
• Messaging systems (RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus)
• Strong RDBMS & SQL tuning (Postgres/Oracle/DB2)
• End-to-end SDLC exposure
• Strong architecture and design patterns knowledge
• Agile leadership experience

Good to have:

• Observability tools (Datadog / Splunk)
• Experience integrating legacy & modern systems
