Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong technical leadership across Java/Spring Boot
- Working command of Python and Node.js
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and modern cloud-native delivery
- REST and GraphQL API design
- Familiarity with LLM application frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, vLLM, vector databases
- Product ownership and Agile delivery experience
- Ability to negotiate scope with enterprise and public-sector clients
- People leadership and mentoring of cross-functional engineers
