This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Technical Lead based in Pune Division, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Java Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions, leading the development team, implementing and maintaining high-performance applications, and ensuring adherence to best practices such as design patterns and coding standards. Collaboration with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and creating scalable microservices are key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in Software Development methodologies, Programming, and creating scalable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Jakarta EE and Microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns and their application in various software projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities to lead a development team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
