Java Tech Lead

Responsibilities.

• Design, Review Technical Documentation
• Develop, Unit Test and Support Solutions
• Able to assess the changes/requirements and provide effort estimation
• Coordinate/Collaborate with different teams
• Provide support and on-the-job training to less experienced team members
• Interact with client/onsite counterpart
• Lead Project/Team members
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions; Recommend efficient and cost-effective solutions for system design
• Should be able to keep abreast with latest technologies

Qualification , Exp Level.

Any Graduate with 10+ years of Hands-on experience in Java and J2EE framework

Required Skills

• Strong working experience on Linux platform, Web Logic
• Strong knowledge of GT Exchange (Bottom-line product) & SWIFT messages.
• Strong development skills in SQL/PLSQL
• jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and Ajax
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter capable of working independently
• Excellent Analytical & debugging skills
• Worked in Agile Methodologies
