Job Description

Key Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven experience in leading a team of developers (task assignment, code reviews, mentoring)
Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of scalable Java-based enterprise applications
Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards through code reviews and mentoring
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals
Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams to ensure efficient deployment and scalability
