About the Company

The candidate must demonstrate comprehensive expertise in Spring Boot 3.x and Spring Batch 5.x frameworks, with deep knowledge of JPA/Hibernate implementations for both Oracle and H2 databases, and specialized experience with GDG management and batch processing patterns including tasklets, listeners, and chunk-based processing. The role requires fundamental understanding in AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot) with some experience in prompt engineering for legacy code conversions and AI code validation processes. Leadership capabilities are equally critical, requiring proven experience leading teams of 3-5 developers, conducting comprehensive code reviews, and mentoring junior developers on Spring Boot/Batch technologies while delivering technical training and knowledge transfer programs that ensure consistent enterprise standards across modernization initiatives.
