Java Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of scalable backend solutions using Java 1.8 or above and Spring Boot framework.
• Design and develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Architect and implement systems using relational databases like Oracle or MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Apply design patterns effectively to ensure modularity, performance, and maintainability of applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, solution design, and project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adherence to best coding practices.
• Manage and resolve technical challenges while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming expertise in Java 1.8 or higher with in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Solid experience in both relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Proficiency in designing scalable and maintainable systems using object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with any of the cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience in leading teams and delivering technical inputs.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to architect performant systems in distributed environments.
