About Position :
We are seeking a skilled Java & SQL Developer with strong proficiency in Cerner Command Language (CCL) to design, develop, and implement robust backend solutions. The role involves working on enterprise applications, optimizing databases, and contributing to high-quality software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications
- Work on database development and optimization using SQL
- Develop scalable and high-performance Java applications
- Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
- Utilize Cerner Command Language (CCL) for healthcare system workflows and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Analyze system issues, identify patterns, and improve system performance
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications and database components
- Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
- Support continuous improvement across the SDLC lifecycle
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong backend development and database expertise with enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience in Java, SQL, and Cerner ecosystem
- 5–8 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Java programming
- Expertise in SQL including PL/SQL and T-SQL
- Proven experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL)
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and optimization
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and system enhancement
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development tools
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Exposure to additional programming languages (Python/C++ preferred)
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
