Role: Java Developer Spring Boot & Microservices (On-site, India)

We build resilient microservices-based systems using modern Java stacks to power high-throughput, low-latency customer-facing services. This is an on-site position based in India for engineers who thrive in collaborative, delivery-focused environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot following microservices best practices.
- Build and expose robust RESTful APIs, ensuring backward compatibility, security, and performance.
- Implement persistence layers using Hibernate and relational databases; optimize queries and data models for scale.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment-ready artifacts.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes with observability and monitoring in mind.
- Contribute to design reviews, coding standards, and mentor junior developers to raise team engineering quality.
