Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Software Development:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
Implement new features and optimize existing functionality to improve system performance.
Troubleshooting and Debugging:
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and team members.
Technical Leadership:
Mentor junior developers, contributing to code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Provide technical guidance and support during project discussions and implementations.
Communication:
Effectively communicate project updates, technical decisions, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document technical specifications and user manuals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance product performance and development processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot.
Skills:
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
Proficient in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles and handling client interactions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
